Terms of Service.

Last updated: 28 October 2026. These terms apply when you use cfroistudio.com or run a campaign with CFROI Studio. By booking a call, funding a campaign or using our services, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

CFROI Studio ("we", "us") is a short-form content distribution agency run by Bilawal Bilal, based in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. You can reach us at cfroibilawal.ig@gmail.com or +92 371 9196864.

2. Our services

We run clipping campaigns: our network of independent, vetted clippers turns your long-form content into short clips and posts them on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. We also offer short-form editing and social media page management. The specific scope, budget, CPM, platforms and timeline for each campaign are agreed with you in writing (for example by email or message) before launch.

3. Pricing and payment

• Campaigns are billed at an agreed CPM (cost per 1,000 verified views) plus a management fee.
• The campaign budget is funded up front before launch.
• Only views that pass our review count toward your target and your bill.
• How any unused budget is handled at the end of a campaign is set out in your campaign agreement.

4. Verified views

We review submissions against your guidelines and our own quality checks, including audience location (a clip generally counts when most of its audience is in tier-one markets such as the US and UK). Our review decision on whether a clip or its views qualify is final for billing purposes. Clips that are not approved may still stay live on clippers' pages at no cost to you.

5. No guaranteed results

View estimates, projections and past results (including case studies on this site) are based on previous campaign data and are not a guarantee of future performance. Platform algorithms and policies are outside our control.

6. Your content

You confirm that you own or have the rights to the content you provide, and you give CFROI Studio and its clippers permission to edit it into short clips and publish it on short-form platforms for the duration of the campaign. You keep ownership of your original content. You are responsible for making sure your content does not break any law or platform rule.

7. Clippers

Clippers in our network are independent creators, not employees of the client. We brief, moderate and review their work, and we remove submissions that break your guidelines or our rules.

8. Cancellation

Either party can end a campaign by written notice. Fees for verified views delivered and management work already done remain payable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, CFROI Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by third-party platforms (such as removals, bans or algorithm changes). Our total liability for any campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign.

10. Website use

The content of this website is provided for general information. You may not copy or reuse our site content, branding or materials without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

12. Changes
